Chad Morrison, Estimator & Project Manager
7 years with KCSI

Chad has worked in several roles at KCSI. He began working with KCSI as a laborer and superintendent before taking a 12 year hiatus to work with students in the church world. In 2013 he returned to KCSI and began working in an estimating and project management role.

Chad has a passion for serving others and enjoys the process of helping clients move through the construction process and making a drawn concept become reality. Environments are important to our productivity; our job is to help create environments where our clients can thrive in their business.

Our goal when estimating a project is more than just winning a bid it is about establishing a relationship with the prospective client and continuing that relationship throughout the project. Our end game is not to just make a sale and move on to the next project, our goal is to develop a long term mutually beneficial relationship that allows us to serve our clients moving into the future.

Chad is married with four children, Evan, Micah, Riley and Eden. When he isn't working Chad enjoys attending (and sometimes coaching) his kids games and activities. He is also a passionate sports fan and a never-ending home renovator.
